Marotta Tuchman & Blazini, LLC is proud to announce the addition of Anthony W. Dunleavy, Esq. as a named partner and the firm’s transition to its new name: Marotta Blazini & Dunleavy LLC.
Mr. Dunleavy’s elevation to partner coincides with the recent judicial appointment of Jason C. Tuchman, Esq. to the New Jersey Superior Court, where he now serves as Assignment Judge of Passaic County. His departure marks a proud milestone for the firm. Although the firm’s name has changed, its commitment to excellence, integrity, and personalized client service remains unwavering.
Mr. Dunleavy brings more than a decade of experience in family law and is known for his skilled litigation in matters involving high-conflict divorce, child custody, alimony, support, and post-judgment applications. He is particularly adept at handling domestic violence matters, frequently appearing before the court on plenary hearings, pendente lite motions, and emergent applications. His reputation for courtroom command and client-focused advocacy has made him a respected figure in New Jersey’s legal community.
Beyond his legal work, Mr. Dunleavy is deeply committed to public service. He provides pro bono representation through Jersey Battered Women’s Service (JBWS), a nonprofit organization that supports survivors of domestic abuse regardless of gender, orientation, or background. His volunteer work reflects a deep commitment to ensuring equal access to justice and advocating for those most in need.
Mr. Dunleavy has been honored as a Top 10 Under 40 Family Law Attorney by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA) from 2019 to 2021 and has been repeatedly selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. He earned his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.
