Jason C. Tuchman, Esq. Appointed to the New Jersey Superior Court
Marotta Tuchman & Blazini, LLC proudly announces the judicial appointment of former Partner Jason C. Tuchman, Esq. to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County. He was officially sworn in by Assignment Judge Hon. Rudolph A. Filko in the presence of his family, law partners, colleagues, and courthouse staff. Judge Tuchman will begin hearing cases next month and shall be seated in the Passaic Vicinage Law Division: Civil Part, in Paterson.

Judge Tuchman brings over two decades of experience in divorce, custody, and mediation matters and was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a matrimonial law attorney. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his integrity, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to justice. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the Passaic County Bar Association.
Prior to his appointment, Judge Tuchman was a partner at Marotta Tuchman & Blazini, LLC. He has also served in leadership roles within the legal community, including President of the Passaic County Bar Association from 2023 to 2024.
