Mark is regularly appointed by the New Jersey Superior Court to serve as a mediator in the Economic Mediation Program and has evolved his highly respected practice to focus on mediation that encompasses all aspects of divorce and family law matters, including but not limited to equitable distribution, child support, alimony, custody, and parenting time. He also serves on the Passaic County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel. He has been recognized over the years with numerous accolades, including having been named an AV Preeminent Attorney, Judicial Edition, a Bergen “Top Lawyer” by 201 Magazine, and has been the recipient of a Bergen County distinguished service award for his pro bono representation of domestic violence survivors.
